Delivery
Our aim
is to send out your order within 48 hours of receipt of order. The joy of being
a small company is that we can pay our full attention to customer service and
we aim is to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice,
in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. If there is going to be
any delay beyond that we shall let you know by email (this is over and above
your order confirmation email!)
Return/Exchange policy
We hope
that you really like your purchase. If, however, for any reason at all you are
not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition (with
all the original tags attached) for a full refund, exchange or credit note,
provided you do so within 7 working days of our despatch date. We will then
either exchange the item (for which there will be a standard contribution to
postage charges of £3) or provide you with a full refund or credit note. Please
note that you are responsible for items sent back until they are received by
us. We therefore recommend using an insured method such as recorded delivery
that will need to be signed for by us. You may also return your purchase to the

Product Availability
We make
every effort to ensure all items on the website are available for sale. Indeed
we change and update the website on a daily basis to try our best to keep our
stock levels accurate. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the
website automatically. We may enable the option to pre-order and item and the
customer will be advised of the waiting time.
Pricing Policy and Countries we ship to
All
prices indicated are inclusive of V.A.T (where applicable) at the current rate
and are quoted in pounds sterling All merchandise offered on our website is
available at the same price within our shops, unless specifically stated
otherwise. We are happy to ship worldwide. However we are not registered for
VAT free sales and every sale will carry UK VAT at the current rate (currently
17.5%) which will be automatically included in your bill. Any customs or import
duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your
responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict
them.
Product Representation
The
colours of our products that you see on this website depend on the display and
colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor and may not be the
exact colour or representation of the actual merchandise. Please understand
that we have made every effort to display the products featured on Fashion Basement
website as accurately as possible, but we cannot be responsible for the colour
accuracy of your monitor.
Acceptance of your Order
The
display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Fashion Basement
shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this
website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items
from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under
no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in
stock.

Payment
can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, or Switch and Maestro debit
cards The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit
card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card
issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we
will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve
the right to cancel your order. By submitting an order to us through our
website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your
order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed
by us, payment will be made in full. If the billing details for your order are
the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website
you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address
details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person
referred to in the billing details.
